Jalsa Movie Review: This film by Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah will make you restless…

Jalsha Movie Review: Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah… When these two powerhouse actresses of acting are together on the screen, then imagine what will happen. Will the dialogues be strong, will there be a clash or who will prevail over whom? After seeing these two face to face in the trailer of director Suresh Triveni’s film ‘Jalsa’, many people might have thought the same and after watching ‘Jalsa’ it is clear that The film is a treat for good cinema watchers. ‘Jalsa’ has been released on Friday i.e. March 18 on Amazon Prime Video. Know how is this film.

Story: Vidya Balan is a journalist named Maya Menon in this film, who is the face of a website WRD. Actually Maya is the face of truth for the people. Rukhsana (Shefali Shah) works in Maya’s house who takes care of every need of Maya’s specially abled child. One night Rukhsana’s daughter meets with a car accident. The strange thing is that no one involved in this story wants that this accident person should be caught. Everyone has their own reasons for hiding this truth. This is where the process of creating one’s own truth and hiding the truth begins.

After working with Vidya Balan in ‘Tumhari Sulu’, this time Suresh Triveni has made Shefali Shah stand opposite her. There is no such suspense in this film, which suddenly surprises you or you are not able to understand, but even after telling the whole truth of the accident in 20 minutes, this story has so much power that it makes you stay in your place. force me to Some people may find this story a bit slow but this story is not a thriller with twists and turns, rather this whole film will keep you restless from inside.

At the end of the trailer of this film, Rukhsana’s child speaks a dialogue, ‘I know everything, but if you give me a chocolate, I will not tell anyone.’ The story of truth for all of us is like this, ‘Bas kisi ko patana na chale, kyunki taq tak hamara sach thik hai..’ Here every character is keeping a secret and he is finding his own truth to be the biggest. Actually, we all have our own theory regarding the truth. Whatever may be this theory, but we ourselves are never wrong in this theory, and even if we are wrong, we do not allow it to be proved in front of us too… This story of director Triveni exposes the story of such truth. As the climax of the film progresses, you start deciding its ending, but what happens in the end will shock you. This film will not give you peace but restlessness.

Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah, whenever they come on screen, what is the face of powerful performance, they can be seen on screen as these two actresses. You will see that both these actresses don’t move a single nail unnecessarily, acting on screen even after tension and very serious situations. Not only these two, all the characters who came on the screen have given their full contribution in making this story a beautiful story. Director Suresh Triveni has handled ‘Jalsa’ with utmost seriousness. 4 stars to this film from my side.
